AP22666 IC is used in MP3 Bluetooth speakers. It is a multifunction IC (integrated circuit) which runs Bluetooth, FM radio, SD card, AUX mode, USB Drive. The output power of AP22666 IC is the same as the output of 3.5mm audio jack in our phone. To increase its output power, another 8002 IC is attached with it, this increases the sound, it is an audio amplifier IC. And AP22666 IC works as a Bluetooth receiver. Both these ICs (8002 and AP22666) work at 3.9 volts to 4 volts or maximum 5 volts. We have made a simple Bluetooth circuit using AP22666 IC. We have not connected 8002 ic to it because we are making it for headphones and headphones do not require a lot of audio power. If you want, you can connect 8002 ic amplifier to it (see 8002 ic amplifier circuit), or you can connect any other amplifier as well. To make it, you will have to use a little fine soldering iron because it is smd type ic and its pins are a little small and soldering is a little difficult. And you can make it by placing it on a PCB Board or any cardboard, but keep in mind that the surface on which you are going to make it (i.e. cardboard etc.) should be a little strong. A small piece of wire has to be connected on its pin number 5 because pin 5 is the bluetooth antenna pin of the ic. And similarly pin 6 is the FM radio Antenna pin of the ic. These are some important steps which we needed to tell you. Only then this circuit will work.
AP22666 Ic Features
Multimedia Support: FM radio, SD card, AUX cable, USB drive
Amplification: Paired with 8002D or NS8002 IC for enhanced sound output, providing up to 3 watts of power
Operating Voltage: Works efficiently between 3V to 5V, with 3.7V being optimal for safety
Package: Available in DIP SMD package
Applications
Bluetooth Speakers, Mp3 player, Bluetooth Amplifier
AP22666 IC is cheap and provides low voltage operation and better audio output, it generates less noise. It is used in low price Bluetooth speakers available nowadays.

Circuit Diagram
Below you will find the circuit diagram of this Bluetooth.
Making Process Guide
1. Preparation
Before starting to make the circuit, we have to make the tip of the soldering iron a little thin so that soldering becomes easier. Because the size of this IC is small and soldering on the pins is a bit difficult.
2. Mounting the IC
You take a PCB board or a piece of cardboard and attach this IC on it with the help of some glue.
3. Connecting the Resistors
Now connect 24k, 100k, 51k, and 22k resistors as per the circuit diagram.
Check the value of the resistors, all the values should be correct. If you do not have resistors of accurate value then you can use 23k or 27k instead of 24k, 50k instead of 100k, 52k or 45k instead of 51k and 20k or 23k instead of 22k.
4. Crystal Oscillator and Capacitors
Connect the 24.00 MHz crystal oscillator to pin number 7 and 8 of AP22666 IC. Make sure the number of crystals is 24.00 only, it works well, if the number is more then the speed of audio will be less and the pitch of sound will be affected.
Connect 2.2uF 16V capacitor and two 104pF capacitors as per the circuit. If you do not have 2.2uf capacitor then you can use upto 10uf. And instead of 104pf you can use 102 or 103.
5. Push Button Switches
You have to get four push button switches. These will be used to pause music play, prev next and control various functions of Bluetooth, FM radio. These have to be connected carefully at the right place as per the circuit diagram.
6. Final Connections
Pin 5 of AP22666 IC is for Bluetooth antenna. You can attach a small antenna here or you can leave it as it is. It's optional. And pin 6 is for FM radio antenna.
And pin 9 to 13 are for SD card slot, mic, aux cable and USB drive respectively. These pins will not be useful for us as we are making only Bluetooth.

Let's Testing this circuit
Once fully assembled, turn on the circuit and test each function. Check the mode it will be fm mode, line in i.e. aux mode, and bluetooth mode.
Turn on the bluetooth mode and connect it to your phone and check the audio output. Its audio output will be on pin 14 of the IC and the other will be on the positive pin of the capacitor on pin 15 as shown in the circuit diagram.
Tune to an FM station to verify the functionality of the radio. However, the radio will not work right now as we have not connected the antenna, once the antenna is connected the fm radio will also start working.
People also ask
Can bluetooth be made from bina module and arduino?
Yes, a simple and powerful Bluetooth can be made without using Arduino and module. For this you need AP22666 IC.
where can i get AP22666 ic
You will not find this IC in a shop or online, this is an IC designed for Bluetooth speakers and it is not made for sale, rather it is sold by connecting it to a Bluetooth speaker and not the IC itself. But if you want an IC, you can remove it from the motherboard of an old damaged Bluetooth speaker.
Ap22666 ic also has a big advantage.
Suppose you get the IC, then you can make this Bluetooth using our easy circuit diagram and sell it. At the most you will get this IC for ₹50 and after making Bluetooth from it, you can sell it for ₹200, this will also give a lot of profit.
